Nans Gaillard

Inspired by his native Provence to the Breton port of Guilvinec, Nans Gaillard opened his own restaurant on 1 September 2013: «La Table de Nans». Seventeen months after its opening the Table de Nans obtained its first star in the Michelin Guide.
